Who we are

Reeve is an independent advisory for e-commerce founders and investors, operated by Sahar, LLC, doing business as Reeve in California. This page explains what information we collect through this website and our services, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions go to hello@thereeve.co.

What we collect on this website

When you book a call, the information you give the booking form: your name, email, brand or firm, revenue range, where you sell and anything you choose to tell us. Bookings are handled by Cal.com, which processes them on our behalf.

Basic usage data: pages visited, the device and browser, and where you came from. If you agree to it, advertising and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and the Meta pixel) also set cookies to measure which ads lead to bookings.

We don't ask for payment details on this website. Invoices are paid through our payment providers (QuickBooks or Stripe), under their own terms.

Client data

If you become a client, you share business data with us: order exports, ad account access, invoices and financial statements. That data is governed by our engagement letter, which takes priority over this page.

In short: we ask for view-only access, never admin; your data is used only for your work; one model per client, never pooled with others; and it's deleted when the engagement ends unless you ask us to keep it, for example to continue Reeve Live.

Deal data shared by investors is used for that deal only and kept confidential, under your NDA where there is one.

How we use it

To reply to you, run the call you booked, do the work you hire us for, send invoices, and improve the website. We use advertising tools only to measure and target our own ads.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for anyone else's advertising.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run parts of the business for us: Cal.com (bookings), Google Workspace (email and documents), Cloudflare (website hosting), QuickBooks and Stripe (invoices and payments), and, with your consent, Google and Meta for ad measurement. Each handles data under its own privacy terms.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute.

How long we keep it

Booking and email records: as long as they're useful for the relationship, and no longer than three years after our last contact unless you become a client. Client records: as long as needed for the work and for tax and legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can decline non-essential cookies on your first visit, and change your mind any time by clearing cookies for this site.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop using it for marketing. California residents have these rights under the CCPA; we extend them to everyone. Email hello@thereeve.co and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

This website and our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this page, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes for clients will be made in writing.
